Overview
In this lesson pupils will learn about the qualities of water and why it is vital to life on Earth.
They will consider the problems facing people who cannot access clean water and the pressures that have been placed on our water supply due to climate change and population growth.
Through the example of Cape Town’s water crisis, pupils will reflect on the implications of water shortages before learning about how they can take action in their own lives to save water.
